update on rell's new tricks

rell is adding words to the bag every day. horse, dog, duck, thank you and mama and daddy, and i almost forgot my favorite, stinky and icky!!! i'm sure there are more, but my mind is a bit ticked off from trying to upload photos for the last half hour and didn't succeed like i wanted.
she is fulling walking everywhere, even walking up and down our sunken living room step with the help of the cat scratcher. "talking" constantly. waving, clapping, raspberries, stinking out her tongue and learning how to blow kisses. she can point to your eyes, ears, nose, mouth, belly button and feet and toes. we almost have hands down. most of all this happened about 9 months, but she is now over 11 and just rapidly adding things to the list. everyday is something new and exciting.
she still looks for the dog first thing upon waking, loves to chase the cat around and "pounce" on her. we have learned to keep the claws trimmed way back. sorry spooky, i know we have lots of critters around the home, but if she continued to leave scratch marks, she would no longer be our cat, my dad has warned me before.

my dad also retired late feb. and we all went on his last flight. it was so fun and sad at the same time. we took tons of pics, but they are all on my parents camera. i will steal it this week and upload some soon. now my dad has all the time in the world to do "stuff". congrats papa and i'm proud of you.
