catching up

mexico was awesome. we had such a relaxing time and did nothing at all but lay in the sun and hang out. mike was adorable, he kept telling me to cover up the baby because i was 'cooking' it!!! so i didn't lay in the sun as much as i would have liked but still enjoyed the warmth. my parents were with us for part of the time and we enjoyed their company--i actually had to keep in eye on them for once. they also got to feel the baby moving which was exciting for them.

i have not experienced the swelling like everyone warned until flying to mexico!!! i had no ankles for two days--until everyone finally let me walk around and work it out. my ankles have returned and hopefully to stay.

we also started our hypnobirth class last saturday. it is such an amazing class and i am actually excited for labor. it is such an empowering experience that we get to have and i feel this class is wonderful for both of us to understand that our bodies have the ability to do this with minimal amounts of pain and they it can be a very relaxing time. ---we will find out in 8 weeks!!---
